2 types of packages

1. Season Ticket. For example, you have 6 Productions in a year. Each production has 6 performances. Then you define a Season Ticket package as 6 admissions, one admission to one performance of each production. Patrons must purchase all 6 to receive a special discount.

1. Flex Pass. For example, you have 6 productions in a year, each show has 6 performances which is 36 performances in a year. Then you define a Flexible Admission package as 6 admissions where patrons must purchase all 6 to receive a special discount. However, the 6 events can be any of the combination of the 36 performances. The flex pass ticket holder even can bring 3 of his friends to attend one single performance if that flex pass ticket still has 3 or more admissions yet to be used.

Redeem tickets using season or flex pass tickets

A huge option is the package patron does not need to determine actual seating preference at the time of purchase. The package patron can secure the seating through his/her patron ticketing account by at a later time. Therefore, the event management can even sell the packages without any events available (like seating, pricing and event time). An announcement can be made later to notify the package patron to select the seating of any available events additionally, at the option of the Box Office Manager, each season ticket patron can automatically be assigned a username and password, and so they may login to select their own seats.

Package report gives you the following information

1. Information regarding each purchase of package ticket, including ticket price, buyer name, status, purchase time and source of ticket being sole (online or in box office).
2. Information on usage of each package ticket, including how many times the package ticket has been used and how many time still allowed to be used. If being used, which event the package ticket has been used for and the seating for that usage.
